 | E-Malt.com News article: USA, AL: Tallulah Brewing closing after eight years in business
Jasper’s Tallulah Brewing is closing after eight years in business, Bham Now reported on January 28.
The popular brewery made the announcement via a post on Facebook.
“What started as a dream turned into something so much bigger: a place where friends met, families gathered, and memories were made over a pint. We’re beyond grateful to every person who walked through our doors, brought their dogs, celebrated their birthdays, played trivia, or just stopped by after a long day.”
Small independent breweries have been faltering locally and nationally over the past two years. Tallulah Brewing is the sixth brewery to close in the Birmingham Metro area since the summer of 2024. The other five include:
Steel Hall Brewing (January 2026) Uproot Brewing (July 2025) Oversoul Brewing (September 2025) Over the Mountain Brewing (January 2025) Ghost Train Brewing (September 2024)
