San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd., a subsidiary of the Philippine San Miguel drinks group, is aiming to purchase Dragon Beer trademark and other beer brands from the Shunde County Brewery, based in Guangdong Province for USD 5 million and to invest USD 700,000 to increase its stake in Shunde to 15%.
