SUN Interbrew Ukraine has increased its beer output by 57.9% in the first month of the current year if compared to January 2002 and produced about 2.95 million dekalitres of beer. OOO SUN Interbrew Ukraine is the owner of the breweries “Rogani” (Kharkov), “Desna” (Chernigov), “Iantari” (Nicholaev). The company has registered a 19.7% surge of beer production in 2002 against 2001 and output about 44.486 million dekalitres of beer. SUN Interbrew Ukraine owns about 31-32% stake of Ukrainian beer market, according to the company’s estimates.
