The drinks company, Oyj Hartwall, based in Finland, has appointed Mika Seitovirta as its new CEO, effective on June 1, 2003. Seitovirta, is now CEO of the Finnish car importer Oy Volvo Auto Ab. He succeeds Jussi Lansio who left Hartwall in January for personal reasons.

Seitovirta will also take a seat on the board of UK-based brewing group, Scottish & Newcastle (S&N), Hartwall's parent company.
