A Non-Residential Indian entrepreneur has launched a new brand of beer to go with the spicy Indian food in England. "Working with an independent brewer in Belgium, it has taken me 18 months to perfect the world's first beer designed to refresh curry eaters' palates," entrepreneur Rohit Amin, who has roots in Gujarat told newsmen here on Wednesday night. He said that he decided to create 'Tikka Gold Beer', a premium beer of quality, flavor and character for curry lovers, using Indian and Pilsner styles utilizing rice, alongside some of the best European malts and hops.
