SABMiller Plc, faces a shortage of carbon dioxide used for carbonation after an unplanned shutdown at state-run PetroSA's Mossel Bay refinery in South Africa, Bloomberg reported February 28.

Amalgamated Beverage Industries Ltd. would in all probability be facing some intermittent product shortages,'' South African Breweries Ltd. Communications Manager Janine van Stolk said in an e-mail today. SAB is a unit of SABMiller.
