E-Malt.com News article: United Kingdom: Nomura says SABMiller’s growth may re-emerge in the second half of 2009

Nomura raised its rating on U.K.-based brewer SABMiller to neutral from reduce, MarketWatch reported on May, 15.

The broker said that while higher input costs continue to weigh, it sees light at the end of the tunnel in the second half of the year, when the long-term growth story may start to re-emerge.

Nomura also noted that management action appears to be turning around underperforming businesses like South Africa and boosting profits in Latin America.
