E-Malt.com News article: Russia & Germany: Baltika to brew its № 3 Classic beer in Germany

Russian Baltika Breweries agreed with German plant Krefeld Brauerei Koenigshof on the production of beer Baltika № 3 Classic, Russia-IC.com reported on May, 18.

Baltika № 3 Classic will be produced in glass bottles of 0.5 liters and retailed by Baltic Sea's subsidiary, BALTIKA Deutschland GmbH.

The company stressed, that the decision to produce beer in Germany is intended to reduce the transportation and logistics costs associated with the import and products retailing.

The cost of the bottle Baltika № 3 Classic, produced in Germany will amount to 0.65-0.69 euros, it is reported.
