Lord Hobo, a US-based beer bistro, is set to open a new brewery, Paragraph XI, for contract brewing with $18m investment in the US, Drinks Business Review reported on September 30.

The contract brewery will offer an alternative to craft brewers, who need to enter agreements with large breweries to manufacture speciality beers.

The new contract brewing plant will produce and package beer based on the specifications of commercial clients.

For this plant, the company has signed a lease agreement for a 150,000ft² warehouse with a 34’ ceilings and outdoor acreage in the North Shore to accommodate beer-tasting festivals.
