Beer Academy has announced a seasonal beer that was a hit last summer is returning in a slightly tweaked form, Canadian Beer News reported on October 3.

Cascadian Dark IPA is a 5.8% abv dark ale with a strong hop character.

Although Cascadian Dark IPA’s has a black colour and fluffy latte shaded foam, the roasty sensations you may expect are delicate and clean, only teasing at chocolate and coffee.

Cascadian Dark IPA was slated to be going on sale beginning October 3rd in the Beer Academy tasting room and retail store. It will be available in 625 ml bottles, 1.89 L growlers, and on draught while supplies last.
