Boulevard Brewing Company, the popular Kansas City, Missouri brewer, is expanding its territory to two more states and increasing its presence in some states it's already in, KMBC Kansas City reported on October 19.

Boulevard Brewing Company announced that it will begin distributing its beers in Arizona and Kentucky in January 2016.

"With the addition of six new 1,000-barrel fermentation tanks, plans to expand our distribution territory can become a reality," said Bobby Dykstra, Vice President of sales for Duvel Moortgat USA, the owner of Boulevard Brewing Company. "There has been a strong and persistent demand for Boulevard beers in Arizona for quite some time and Kentucky is seeing an explosion of craft beer excitement. We're thrilled to bring the taste of the Midwest to these states."

In addition to adding Arizona and Kentucky to its territory, Boulevard will also begin selling beers in Michigan, Connecticut, Rhode Island and parts of upstate New York in early 2016.
