E-Malt.com News article: United Kingdom: Greene King plc announced additional listing of shares

Greene King plc announced on April 25 that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority of the FSA, and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 150,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares will be allotted pursuant to the rules of the Greene King plc Sharesave Option Scheme 1995.
