E-Malt.com News article: Denmark: Strike ends at Carlsberg’s brewery in Fredericia

The strike at Carlsberg AS' Fredericia brewery, which started September 07, has now ended, Forbes learned September 11 from news agency Ritzaus Bureau.

The 600 brewery workers decided overnight to resume work after more than three days of strike and senior shop steward, Hans Andersen, told the news agency that the employees have now shown their dissatisfaction with the management.

The strike started after the break-down of negotiations over conditions for the transfer of production from the Valby brewery in Copenhagen to Fredericia.
