E-Malt.com News article: Uganda: Nile Breweries awarded twice at the International Monde Selection

Nile Breweries has won two awards, Gold for its flagship brand Nile Special and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004 award, The New Vision released September 12.

Technical director, Trevor Grey, said, “We strive to ensure that every bottle of Nile Special is consistently world-class.

This year, we submitted Nile Special to the International Monde Selection, an organisation that assesses beers from around the globe. We got the 8th gold medal.”

This year’s judgement took place in Prague, Czechoslovakia.
