Granite City Food & Brewery Ltd., a Modern American upscale casual restaurant, has opened a new restaurant in Roseville, Minnesota. The new restaurant is located in the Rosedale Center and is strategically situated as part of one of the strongest retail corridors in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, the company released November 07.

Roseville is the sixth restaurant opened thus far in 2006. The Company plans on opening its Madison, Wisconsin restaurant next month which will complete its stated goal of seven new restaurants in 2006. The Company is currently building its pipeline of new restaurants for 2007 and into 2008.

“This is our fifth restaurant in the greater Minneapolis area. With the addition of our Roseville restaurant, we are continuing to build incredible brand presence in the Minneapolis market,” commented Steve Wagenheim, Granite City’s CEO and President. “We believe this clustering of restaurants is not only building brand awareness but is affording us the opportunity to leverage our operating efficiencies.”

Granite City is open daily for lunch, dinner and gatherings from 11 a.m. to 1a.m. along with Brunch on Sundays.
