The Harbor Country Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Bridgman Area Chamber and Growth Alliance will mark the opening of Lake Time Brewing and Spirits in the heart of Bridgman by performing a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, October 16, Moody on the Market reported.

Owners Mike Carlson and Pete Crowley will cut the ribbon officially opening the brewery and distillery doors at 4242 Lake Street. Carlson and Crowley are committed to making hand crafted beers, spirits and food that stand out. “At Lake Time Brewing and Spirits, creating isn’t just a process, it’s an art.”

Their creative technique combines a unique twist on the traditional brewing and distilling process and elevates the taste by utilizing the freshest local hops, purest Lake Michigan water and highest quality grains.

Carlson describes what inspired him to become a brewery owner in a competitive market.

“My wife LeeAnne and I love Bridgman and are committed to its growth and success. When the opportunity to continue to be a part of that growth presented itself, we were all in! I am excited to be a part of this new venture’, says Crowley, ‘I am looking forward to utilizing my 30 years of brewing and culinary experience to bring a unique and fun place to the heart of Bridgman. My family and I love this area and being a part of the community.”

Guests can pair their hand-crafted experience with a selection from the Lake Time Brewing and Spirits list of handhelds such as the Bridgman Gym Shoe, homemade tacos and paninis. Lake Time Brewing plans to expand the food menu in the coming months with charcuterie, salads and more brought to you by their chef, Will Russell.

Nancy Kiernan, CGA Director commented:

“Lake Time Brewing & Spirits is a wonderful addition to Bridgman’s downtown business district. The owners have invested once again in our community, and they are truly making a difference in our city. The Greater Bridgman Area Chamber and Growth Alliance appreciates the contribution they have made, and knows they will find success here on Lake Street. Congratulations!”.

Kimberlee Wendt, Harbor Country Chamber Executive Director said,

“The addition of Lake Time Brewing & Spirits enhances the enjoyable experience that downtown Bridgman offers year round. The family’s passion for the community and desire to contribute to its growth is commendable. We are confident that it will be a great success. Their commitment to carefully crafted food and beverages will be a big draw in Harbor Country.”
