Animated Brewing Company is expanding with a second location at 306 West 1st Avenue in Parkesburg, the Breweries in PA reported on July 31.

Located just a few minutes from Victory Beer, this new space has an ETA of September 2022 for opening.

This 1,200 sq/ft former gas station from the 1930s is about 15 minutes from their primary brewery in Coatesville. We recently spoke with co-owner Jared Castaldi to learn more about the new location, and what beer fans can expect.

The space has seating for around 35 people, with about 12 seats at their new 8-tap bar. There are two big garage doors that open up to a patio outside with 8 big tables for more seating.

All Animated Brewing can and bottle releases will be at this location for takeout, and the bar will also serve local PA cocktails and wine.

For food, Animated Brewing will not have a kitchen on-site but instead will be working with food trucks. The brewery is also in talks with a local restaurant to possibly handle the food.

The space is currently under construction, with both plumbing and electric being added.
