Kirin Brewery Co said Wednesday it will market a new premium beer made from domestically-produced malt and hops across Japan from July 11, Japan Today reported May 17.
The new product named "Nippon Premium" uses domestic malt containing abundant amino acids, the brewery said, adding it aims to sell 1.2 million cases of the beer by the end of this year. One case contains 20 633-milliliter bottles.
