United Breweries group (UB) has resolved Shaw Wallace's income tax litigation, which has been going on for about 10 years, The Financial Times Limited reported October 4.

UB has settled the litigation for a tax payment of Rs34.44 crore, which is only 7.5 percent of the original income tax demand of Rs463.70 crore.
