Trading of of Tsingtao Brewery Co Ltd's mainland-listed A-shares will be suspended on March 17, pending the result of that day's review of the company's proposed issue of bonds with warrants by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Trading Markets reported March 14.
Tsingtao, China's largest beer producer, plans to issue up to 1.5 bln yuan worth of six-year bonds with warrants to help fund new brewing facilities and expand existing ones.
