E-Malt.com News article: Ukraine: Carlsberg plans to further increase capacity of one of its beer plants

Carlsberg’s Lvov brewery is planning to increase its production capacity by 6.2% to 1.71 mln hl of beer in 2009, RBC Ukraine reported on February, 25.

In 2008, the plant’s production capacity was increased by 9% - to 1.61 mln hl. The plans for 2009 may be corrected by the beginning of the season, a company representative said.

Lvov brewery is part of Carlsberg’s Ukrainian subsidiary, Slavutich Carlsberg Group.
