Carlsberg announced acquisition of two Polish breweries from Bitburger, Germany: Bosman Szczecin and Kasztelan Sierpc. Also the majority shareholding in Piast Wroclaw. Carlsberg’s market share in Poland advances to 16 %. They are No. 3 in the Polish market behind Heineken and SAB.
