The Portuguese beer and soft drinks producer, Unicer, is planning to establish a beverage plant in Angola, Portugal’s press reported on October 23. Unicer’s chief executive officer Manuel Ferreira de Oliveira intends to visit Angola to discuss the investment opportunity, according to the same report. A deal will apparently include the participation of local companies. The company already has a presence in the country with export plans for 2003 of 40 million litres.
