Sapporo and Kirin breweries from Japan entered in a serious conflict that risks to evolve into a scandal.

Kirin is accusing its rival, Sapporo of having copied the label design
of its Kirin Lager Beer for creating the label of Sapporo Fine Lager Beer.

Even though Sapporo denies vehemently these accusations , Kirin is ready to sue Sapporo , if it doesn’t replace the contested label within 10 days.
