Harbor Brewing Company, Inc. announced on October, 13 that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sackets Harbor Brewing Company, recently shipped over sixty kegs of its War of 1812 Amber Ale that it produced in Sackets Harbor, NY.
This was possible due to the previously-announced acquisition of its own kegs and its commercial keg cleaning and sanitization equipment, the company said.
Thomas W. Scozzafava, Chairman and CEO of Harbor Brewing Company, stated, "We now can supply fresher product to the market and a wider variety of draught products such as limited and seasonal releases." Mr. Scozzafava continued, "With regard to the recently-shipped 1812 Amber, you can literally taste the difference, which we are quite sure consumers will enjoy. We will continue to slowly but surely invest in this business and add necessary equipment that will allow our team to more efficiently and more cost-effectively supply our products to our customers."
