California-based Firestone Walker Brewing company will release its new anniversary ale, XV, in beginning of November in celebration of its 15th anniversary, Drinks Business Review reported on October, 27.

Firestone XV is an ale created by blending eight beers by local Paso Robles area winemakers. The ale will be available at the Firestone Walker Brewery in Paso Robles starting from 5 November and the consumers who purchase three bottles or more will gain access to the brewery's anniversary party.

The beer will be launched across all markets, where Firestone beers are sold, in limited amounts in 22oz bottles and on draft in select places, Brewbound reported.

Firestone Walker's brewmaster Matt Brynildson said the winemakers go for blends and flavor profiles that brewers never think of.
