MicroBrasserie Charlevoix has announced the latest addition to the series of single hop double IPAs it has been releasing periodically under the La Vache Folle brand, Canadian Beer News reported on December, 12.

Aramis Double IPA is the 9th in the series, and is one of the most unique as the eponymous hop variety is quite new. Coming from the Alsace region of France, Aramis hops were first used commercially by Stone Brewing in California this past summer.

Aramis Double IPA will be available soon in 500 ml bottles at beer retailers throughout Quebec.
