Hansa Borg Bryggerier,the second largest brewery in Norway, will be bought for EUR 60.9 mln by the Scandinavian group established by Danish Bryggerigruppen, Swedish Spendrup and Norwegian Borg Bryggerier Holding AS.

The group was recently created and is considered by the industry analysts as the future main rival of Danish Carlsberg. The purchase of Hansa Borg Bryggerier, confirms once again these evaluations.
