Zhu Jiang, the first brewery from the Chinese province Guangdong, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Belgian Interbrew. By this Memorandum of Understanding, Zhu Jiang Brewery entitles Interbrew to be the promoter of its transformation into a joint stock corporation.

This important memorandum gives also Interbrew real chances to acquire 25% of the new joint company’s stock and fortifies, at the same time, the collaboration between Zhu Jiang and Interbrew, which has begun in 1983, when the Chinese brewer was established. Since then, Interbrew has provided many times Zhu Jiang with technical assistance and invited to Belgium numerous Zhu Jiang‘s specialists for participation in internships.
