The Fulton Brewery opened up the first taproom in Minneapolis, Kaaltv.com reported on March, 10.

The brewery has been selling containers of its beer out of the building since November, but now it will be able to sell pints of beer for customers to drink on site.

This comes after the city approved an ordinance allowing breweries to serve their beer to customers.

Fulton's president Ryan Petz said: "A lot of people who might not have heard of our beer can try it right on the brewery premises, and if they like it they can buy another and then can go to another bar or restaurant and try it again."

The tap beer is brewed on site. The men behind Fulton were home brewing out of their garage in 2006.
