SAB undertakes serious action to improve its financial and operational results in Romania.

An essential move for attaining this goal is the creation of a new beer company by merging two SAB’s breweries from Romania, SC Ursus SA and SC Bere Timisoreana SA.

The new brewery will be named Compania de Bere Romania and will produce “Ursus Premium”, “Timisoreana Lux”, “Ursus Pils”, “Timisoreana Classic” and “Keller Lager” brands.
