| E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Kensington Brewing to launch Baldwin FishEYE-PA
Kensington Brewing announced on October, 18 the upcoming launch of its second beer, Baldwin FishEYE-PA.
Following the tradition set by Kensington’s Augusta Ale, this new beer is named after a street in Toronto’s Kensington Market – Baldwin Street – which is also home to several of the Market’s best known fishmongers.
This official version of Baldwin FishEYE-PA follows several test batches that have been served at festivals and events over the past few months to get feedback from the beer drinking public.
A launch party for Baldwin FishEYE-PA will be happening on October, 25 at Bar Hop, in Toronto, with three different versions of the beer to be served: regular draught, dry-hopped cask, and draught run through Randall The Enamel Animal for an extra infusion of hops.
