During a time of year when many breweries are releasing either Oktoberfest-style lagers or pumpkin ales, Bison ventures outside the trendy beer box with its imaginative and festive autumn seasonal, Organic Gingerbread Ale, craftbeer.com reported on October, 24.

“Don’t get me wrong,” says Dan Del Grande, Bison’s Owner and Brewmaster. “I love a good pumpkin beer. Heck, I even used to make one. But people tend to get burnt out on pumpkin beers pretty fast. My objective was to give beer lovers an alternative option for the fall and winter.”

Although Organic Gingerbread Ale is not a new seasonal for Bison, this year’s recipe is a little different. Del Grande said: “This year, I amped up the cinnamon and the ginger, making both spices really pop.”

Bison Organic Gingerbread Ale is available in 4-packs and draft.
