Grimross Brewing has been officially launched as the newest addition to New Brunswick’s craft brewing scene, Canadian Beer News reported on November, 6.

Founded by veteran homebrewer Stephen Dixon, Grimross is currently operating as a contract brewer, creating small batches at the Brewtique location of Picaroons Traditional Ales in downtown Fredericton.

The first release from Grimross was a collaboration with Picaroons called Monster Mash-Up, a Belgian-inspired barley wine released at the Brewtique last week. Future Grimross beers will be available in growlers and on tap at the Brewtique, as well as at several bars in Fredericton.
