E-Malt.com News article: Greece: Carlsberg’s Mythos Brewery gets new CEO

Mr. Alexandros Karafilidies, who up to date was the Director of On Trade Convenience & Exports Sales at Mythos Brewery, Carlsberg subsidiary in Greece, undertakes the position of CEO at the company, BeverageManager.net reported on December, 6.

The position of CEO, until recently, was held by Mr. Soren Brinck.

Karafillides joined the company at the beginning of 2010 and has managed to achieve outstanding results as well as, demonstrated remarkable leading management skills. He has played a leading role in restructuring the Sales Department, and changing it into a more modern, flexible, effective and custom oriented division, in order to assure that the complies with the company’s philosophy; which is to be the best beer company in Greece.

“I am very happy and proud to see Alexandros’ acquiring the position of the new CEO at Mythos Brewery, as he truly has the passion, strength, and ambition of a winner! This is exactly the attitude that is needed during the tough times that Greece is undergoing,” said Mr. Brinck.
