St. Florian's Brewery has launched started production and distribution of beers at its new brewery in Windsor, Sonoma County, California, The Drinks Business Review reported on January, 17.

The facility will manufacture St. Florian's Brewery chief beer, IPA, shortly followed by Brown Ale, California Common and additional styles.

The brewery is likely to begin shipping the brew in the first week of February 2013 and will initially self-distribute it within Sonoma County.

St. Florian's Brewery will use recycling grain and eco-glass to cut carbon footprint and will donate a minimum of 5% of their profits to fire-related and community-based organizations, according to the company.
