Amsterdam Brewery announced on February, 21 the impending return of the seasonal Amsterdam Spring Bock.

First brewed in 2009 from a recipe developed by homebrewer Derek Hyde, this strong doppelbock – checking in this year at 7.8% abv – has become an annual favourite from Amsterdam.

This year’s edition of Amsterdam Spring Bock will be officially launched at the third annual “Rock Out With Your Bock Out” party, taking place at the brewery on Thursday, February 28.

Following the launch, Spring Bock will be available in 500 ml bottles at the Amsterdam retail store, and on tap at several bars and restaurants in Toronto and area.
