| E-Malt.com News article: USA, TN: Five local breweries release collaborative beer to celebrate Nashville Craft Beer Week
To celebrate Nashville Craft Beer Week five local brewers participated in a collaboration brew day to make Collabinator Wit, an American-Belgo wit, craftbeer.com reported on March, 18.
Brewers from Blackstone Brewpub & Brewery, Cool Springs Brewery, Fat Bottom Brewing, Jackalope Brewing and Yazoo Brewing Company participated in this collaboration.
“The beer is made in the traditional way with the addition of Curacao orange peel and coriander to the kettle and fermented with traditional Belgian yeast,” says Kent Taylor, Co-Founder of Blackstone Brewing Company.
The beer is available at the breweries that collaborated on the beer. It will also be available at the East Nashville Beer Festival, as well as select retailers in Nashville during craft beer week.
