Business partners Seth Swingley and Casey Kingsland plan to open Mighty Mo Brewing Company in October, Great Falls Tribune reported on May, 11.

The brewery will have a tasting room open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.

“We will also sell our beer to other retail establishments in kegs and cans,” said Swingley, who will handle sales and marketing. Kingsland is the brewmaster.

“We decided to get into this industry because of our passion for craft beer and because the industry is thriving at both the national and local levels,” Swingley said.

Mighty Mo Brewing Company is the first recipient of a loan from a new revolving loan fund for start up businesses. The fund received financing from the Montana Department of Commerce and a donation from Centene Corp. The loan program is administered by the Great Falls Development Authority. The loans are paired with financing from the private sector, such as banks, for start up businesses in Great Falls.

“Without them we never would have got our company off the ground,” Swingely said. “Also, thank you to Erin Townsend and Stockman Bank for all her help and believing in us!”
