The 2013 San Diego International Beer Festival takes place from June, 21 to June, 23, in the Del Mar Arena, with many breweries and hundreds of beers, San Diego County Fair reported.

This year participates 407 breweries from all around the world, the largest selection to-date. Participants arrive from across the country and from many nations to sample some of the best beers anywhere.

New this year for the competition, is the crowning of a Champion Brewery in addition to the traditional Best of Show Beer. The Champion Brewery is awarded based on points earned for beers entered in the judging.
