E-Malt.com News article: Canada, ON: Brimstone Brewing to open soon in Ridgeway

After many months of work, planning and paperwork, partners Jason Pizzicarola and Rod Daigle have announced that their Brimstone Brewing project has received the final approval to allow sales to commence, Canadian Beer News reported on July, 3.

Brimstone is set to open by launching Field Drummer’s Ration on July 6th and 7th at RidgeFest, an annual summer festival in the historic village of Ridgeway, Ontario where the brewery is located.

Further distribution plans for Brimstone beers have yet to be announced, but the brewery does intend to have growler sales in coming weeks, as well as a tasting bar for on-site samples.
