Ukraine: In February 2004 Ukraine imported 2.3 times more malt than in January 2004, according to ProAgro. France was the largest supplier of malt on the Ukrainian market in February. It shipped 70% of all imported malt volumes in this month. Yantar Brewery purchased the largest lot of French malt. ProAgro also mentioned that Ukrainian breweries bought 300 tonnes of Finish malt.
