E-Malt.com News article: USA, RI: Narragansett Beer revives Narragansett Lager

Providence, Rhode Island-based Narragansett Beer re-released a retro Narragansett Lager can, using a design and logo once featured in the classic film “Jaws,” Shanken News Daily reported on August, 7.

The can will be available throughout New England for a limited time, in 12, 18 and 30-packs (priced at around $10-$12, $13-$15 and $19-$21, respectively).

The rollout follows Narragansett’s recent re-release of a 1950s 12-ounce can design in June, as well as a reintroduction of its signature Clam Can, a 16-ounce can that features a New England clam bake recipe, earlier this summer.
