Post Brewing Co plans to open in November in Lafayette, Louisiana, Daily Camera Lafayette News reported on September 22.

The restaurant originally targeted an opening date in September, but renovations continue at the restaurant site, formerly the Lafayette Veterans of Foreign Wars post.

In late July, the Lafayette Urban Renewal Authority approved a $75,000 loan to Big Red F restaurateur Dave Query to help enhance the facade of The Post.

The urban renewal authority obtained plans from Big Red F in early July but wanted to add some changes to the facade to draw more attention to the building.

Big Red F operates Jax Fish House, Centro Latin Kitchen and The West End Tavern.
