La Quinta Brewing Co., one of the Coachella valley’s first breweries dedicated to solely brewing announced on November 19 the opening of their new brewery and onsite taproom in Palm Desert. To commemorate the event, the La Quinta Chamber of Commerce will be performing a ribbon cutting on November 21 at the brewery, according to Mydesert.com.

Scott Stokes, the founder, is a home brewer, who for a long time worked in real estate. Green Flash brewer of four-plus years Ryan Pearson joined the company as head brewer.
