Miller has been finally sold to SAB. This piece of news has been announced to the public this Thursday by a spokesperson of Miller . The amount of this transaction has been also announced – SAB has paid USD 5.6 milliard for its new acquisition.

The new company which becomes the second brewery in the world after Anheuser Busch will be named “ SABMiller” and its headquarter will be located in London. The activity of the new formed company will be focused on brewing , marketing and selling beer.

Many annalists say that the main factor that made Philip Morris sell its Miller was an essential loss of its market share.
