Freak'N Brewing Company will open on June 6 in Peoria, another instance of the locally owned microbrewery trend moving west, AZ Central reports.

Peoria Artisan Brewery was the West Valley's first. It opened in December and operates out of Litchfield Park at the Litchfield Taproom.

Freak'N Brewing has been developing its brew recipes for several years, even sampling them at spring-training games and festivals. But now, it has a taproom of its own at the Olive Business Park near Loop 101 and Olive Avenue.

During the soft opening, it will have at least three beers on tap: Freak'N American Wit, Freak'N Sessio'N Cream Ale and Freak'N IPA. Pints and growlers will be available.
