Beer demand is growing in China and the Belgium’s giant Interbrew is effectively reacting to this change .
In reply to this conjuncture , the Belgian brewer intends to increase by 600.000 hectoliters the capacity of its brewery from Nanjing which currently has a capacity of 400000 hectoliters. It is estimated that the new investment will cost Interbrew EUR 14,5 mln.
