City Acre Brewing Co. has received approval from the City of Houston to begin construction on its new brewpub, bizjournal.com reported on October, 17.

Construction will likely not be completed until 2015, however City Acre hopes to begin hosting events in the spring. The brewpub plans to serve beer that is brewed on-site. City Acre will also offer a mix of other Texas beer options.
