Heineken has recently filed a suit at the court in Luxebourg against Quinsa, the Argentinean brewer which entered into an agreement with the Brazilian AmBev, concerning the sale of its stake in Beverage Associates (BAC) Corp.

Heineken has considered that affair illegal and wanted that the court officially proclaim it as such and block the transaction on an interim basis.

However, in spite of Heineken’s testimony , on the 25th of June, the court in Luxembourg has given a negative reply to this legal action .
